Get in Touch

Oregon Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm who is in custody, remove or supply a booking photo, post bond, or retrieve an official record. For an authoritative answer, contact the agency that holds the record or use that agency’s published request process.

Choose the Oregon Records Office

Oregon booking records are held locally, so the county or arresting agency matters. State corrections, court, and federal custody systems answer different questions. The routes below point to the relevant public source; they do not replace a request to the custodian. DOC publishes a statewide offender search and a separate public-records request process.

  • For an arrest in a particular county, use the County Directory to find that county’s official roster, feed, or records route.
  • For a local booking record or photo, see the Oregon home page for the difference between county and state records and the general request path.
  • For a person in current DOC custody or local community corrections, open the Oregon Offender Search. A profile may include an Inmate Photo, but not every result promises one.
  • For an official DOC document or photo, submit a request through the DOC Public Records Center. DOC’s published mailing address is Oregon Department of Corrections, ATTN Public Records Request, 3723 Fairview Industrial Drive SE, Suite 200, Salem, Oregon 97310.
  • For a case outcome, start with the Oregon Judicial Department case-record guidance and follow the relevant court’s copy process.
  • For release notices or custody information tied to DOC, use VISOR. It is a notification and custody tool, not a booking-photo roster.
  • For federal custody, use the BOP Inmate Locator; it has no public mugshot field. For immigration detention, use the separate ICE locator, which is not an Oregon county jail list.
